We are not serving up off the shelf, generic training and diet plans that promise the world but offer little to nothing in the way of tangible results. Our online programmes will require hard work and determination if you seriously want to improve your physique and overall health. We will provide you with a training programme fully tailored to your specific goal, weaknesses, equipment availability and experience as well as a nutrition plan containing foods you enjoy whilst also educating you how to create your own meals to make reaching your goal enjoyable and maintainable. This education side is what 99% of current coaches do not provide!
Unlike most coaches we don’t just handpick our clients based on the progress they can make so we can boast and post pictures on instagram so we look like the best coach out their, we work with anyone that needs help and take on the more challenging client which most wouldn’t dare coach since they aren’t willing to put in the time and effort and just do this for money, whereas we do this to help you!
Whether you’re a complete exercise novice, or an avid gym goer looking to take things to the next level,we will guide you every step of the way as you work towards your ultimate goal.
We provide everything to you via your own google drive folder which will have all the training, nutrition and supplement guidance you need. We also have weekly check-in where we make adjustments as needed, this can be via your 24/7 support via telegram or zoom call.
We've worked with nearly every possible obstacle with our online clients at this point. As long as you're willing to follow the coaching instructions we can adapt the program around injuries, travel, holidays and a hectic lifestyle. In fact, that's what we excel at!
100% as each program is custom built to you, your experience, lifestyle and commitments so whether you are a gym newbie or a veteran we will tailor the program to suit! We offer weekly coaching with this experience so that you'll never be left wondering what to do or how something works.
Absolutely not. Although those we prep for shows may have to be a little stricter with their diet for general transformations you can follow a much more flexible lifestyle which we will teach you so you can still socialise and enjoy life whilst getting the results you desire!
We have a simple policy regarding this. If you can show us that you've taken action on the advise and coaching instruction, followed our guidance and taken part in the coaching but STILL haven't seen anything by way of results, we'll issue you a full refund for your investment. We're very confident that if you follow the program, you'll get results you're proud of.
All of the training and diet commitments are flexibile and adaptable to you, so we can mould them to fit your schedule, although for optimal results i'd recommend at least 3-4 days per week in the gym for around 60 minutes. As long as you check in every week (less than 10 minutes) you'll be able to get results with the program.
