Clean Protein Bread Rolls
Quick and easy homemade high protein bread roll recipe. Natural ingredients, high in fiber and nutrient dense make these a healthy alternative to shop bought rolls. Perfect for making a quick clean snack just add some lean meat and make yourself a healthy sandwich on the go.

Ingredients
- 140g Oat Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 250g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Egg White (30ml) to brush
- Optional: Sesame seeds to sprinkle (calories not accounted for)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° f / 190° c / Gas Mark 5
- Place grease proof paper on a baking tray. Spray with 1 calorie spray to avoid rolls sticking.
- In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt . Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined and a sticky dough has formed.
- Remove dough from the bowl, knead a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, (it should not leave dough on your hand when you pull away).
- Divide into 4 equal balls and place on baking tray. Flatten ever so slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Top with egg wash and sprinkle the top (if using) with sesame seeds
- Bake on the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Amazing toasted also!
