Personal training involves structured, one-to-one exercise sessions in which you’ll spend on average 60 minutes (depending on ability and session structure) with a coach.
This is your opportunity to learn from a bodybuilder with over 10 years experience so you know how to train effectively for the best results. We don’t believe in “beasting” clients to the point they hate the gym and/or get injured. Train smarter not harder.
It can be overwhelming learning how to perform exercises correctly. Learning to squat, Deadlift or any other exercise can be a complicated and daunting process.
Having an experienced coach there to help you analyse your movement patterns and offer beneficial cues as far as exercise recommendations and technique is concerned can be pivotal to the ability for your long term training plan.
For those that just want a little bit of a push during a training session, a personal trainer can of course help with this. A good coach will help encourage and push you physically and mentally (within a safe realm) through those tougher workouts

You have your FREE consultation with your coach to identiy your goal and timeframe. From their your coach will create and talk you through the plan of action to get you to your desired results. Be honest about your previous experience and speak up if you're struggling. It's okay to ask us questions; no question is too silly or off limits. Take notes during the session if it helps with your progress and learning.
We've worked with nearly every possible obstacle with our online clients at this point. As long as you're willing to follow the coaching instructions we can adapt the program around injuries, travel, holidays and a hectic lifestyle. In fact, that's what we excel at!
100% as each program is custom built to you, your experience, lifestyle and commitments so whether you are a gym newbie or a veteran we will tailor the program to suit! We offer weekly coaching with this experience so that you'll never be left wondering what to do or how something works.
Usually this is not part of a personal training service due to the lack of knowledge with most PT's. Lucky for you we are experienced and knowledgeable in this area and nutrition coaching can be added when on the checkout page.
We have a simple policy regarding this. If you can show us that you've taken action on the advise and coaching instruction, followed our guidance and taken part in the coaching but STILL haven't seen anything by way of results, we'll issue you a full refund for your investment. How many personal training sessions you have depends on your fitness goal, your budget and our schedule. The average is 1-2 sessions per week for 60mins with guidance on training sessions when not with your coach.
